Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) is a powerful body of information about how the human mind works.  This information started being compiled in the 1970's and continues to grow and evolve with research.

NLP offers a wide range of methods and models for understanding how we think, behave and change.  It offers a flexible approach  bringing quick and effective changes to individuals and organizations, thereby empowering them to grow in an ever-shifting environment.

NLP provides skills to enable you to accept another's model of the world as real for them, to allow you to become more flexible in attitude and to teach you how to be in rapport.  Being in rapport gives you the feeling of being able to connect to another person.

NLP is about modelling excellence - the processes of NLP have developped as a result of discovering how experts or excellent leaders do what they do so well.  It is then possible to teach these skills to others.
