This is for those ready for serious change – this is a 7 hour session – we explore an issue that is challenging you - whether it be relationships, career, family, and using a variety of tools, we blow it away! NLP, Time Empowerment and Hypnosis are the modalities used for a breakthrough. This session is $550.00.
HYPNOTHERAPY
This is especially beneficial for those wanting to quit smoking, focus on reducing their weight, reduce stress, increase self esteem, let go of phobias, feel more confident – feel good about some aspect of their life.
The number of sessions vary according to the challenge to be worked on at the moment.
The first session will last approximately 3 hours.
The Hypnotherapy is $100.00/hour.
HYPNOSIS CERTIFICATION COURSES
This course is offered over 2 weekends.
You will learn all about:
* Trance phenomena - discover your level of depth of trance
* how to do self-hypnosis
* how to help people quit smoking, lose weight, and feel good

This course enables you to help others on a professional level. You may also find it beneficial to overcome your own challenges through self-hypnosis. The hours for this are Friday eve 7 - 10 pm, Sat 10 - 6:00pm and Sunday 10 - 6 pm. The cost for the course is $795.00.

NLP - NEUROLINGUISTIC PROGRAMMING
NLP is used to assist people improve their communication and offers some useful tools for interaction with others in any situation. NLP can help one communicate with excellence. It can be very beneficial leading to greater clarity between individuals in sales, teaching, and relationships.
COLON THERAPY
This is a great way to detoxify the body. the first session will last 2 hours. Follow-up sessions last 1 hour. Cost for the first session is $120.00 and follow-up sessions are $70.00.
Colo Vada 2 Week Cleansing Program
We offer a 2 week colon cleansing program using a product that has helped people for decades - Colo Vada. This program includes your Colo Vada and 5 colonics for $405.00 - a great way to jump start your wellness journey.
REFLEXOLOGY
This is a wonderful way to relax and bring your body back into a state of homeostasis (balance). This is also a great adjunct to colon therapy. The first session lasts 2 hours and follow-up sessions are 1 hour in duration. The cost for the first session is $120 and $70 for follow-up sessions. See monthly specials - each month something different!
REFLEXOLOGY CERTIFICATION CLASSES
Mary-Kay teaches reflexology to certification level in association with the Reflexology Association of Canada (RAC). Upon completion of the course and graduation you become a Certified Reflexologist and are welcome to practice the profession of Reflexology. Certification courses are 4 days duration - 35 hours theory, 60 sessions for a practicum, and 15 hours home study. She has small classes - maximum 6 students.
The total cost for the certification process is $978.75.

May 25, Jun 1, June 8 and June 29 - SUNDAYS - from 9 am to 6 pm.
OR:
May 30, June 6, June 13, and June 20 - FRIDAYS - from 9 am - 6pm.

Then, this is the program for you. You commence with your first colon therapy followed by a reflexology session. This will take approximately 3 hours. Then a series of 10 colonics - once a week for 7 weeks and then once a month for 3 months. There will be a coaching call each week for the 7 weeks and then 2 calls per month for the next 3 months. These are support calls to answer your questions, offer suggestions re nutrition and ideas on how to keep on track for a life-changing experience. There will also be supplements that are required to take to expedite your cleansing program.
